Kitchen Info

Included herein is a section on Cooking Tips and General Notes taken from the quantity rice cookbook containing important guidelines and suggestions for quantity cooking, especially for those with less experience in this area. I have also provided a Kitchen Standards document which can be printed out and posted in any Temple kitchen, or distributed to Temple devotees as an educational tool for brahminical training and general knowledge. Also included is a Metric Equivalents/General Measurements Conversion Chart for overseas cooks specifically for the quantity rice cookbook. Future volumes of the series will include the metric measurements with the U.S. measurements.
