“I had the fortune to directly experience Sunanda Prabhu's devotional cooking skills through the late 80's and the 90's in the many Prasadam distribution programs and festivals that he catered at that time. Needless to say, I was very excited when I found that he was putting together a series of large quantity cooking recipe books, so I got the first one of the series, "The Kitchen Religion - Rice". Presently I am cooking for the Sunday feast and festivals in our ISKCON Naperville Center in the suburbs of Chicago, and for the last two Sundays I have tried two different recipes with beautiful results. The directions and measurements are simple and accurate, so far I tried the recipes for 100 people as well as for 4 people with an equal nice result.
