On this website I have provided a sampling of some of the recipes that are included in the Krishna Religion Series  cookbooks.  They are International recipes, however, as much as possible I have used ghee (rather than oil) as a major ingredient. As Srila Prabhupada said, "Ghee for the inside, oil for the outside".

Cooks will find the directions for cooking as simplified as possible and most of the ingredients readily available . Quantity variances in ingredients for the U.S. and Metric measuring systems can be adjusted by refering to the Metric Equivalents/General Measurements Chart on the Kitchen Info page.
